Good Domain Prefixes

Domain Prefix

What is a domain prefix you might ask? – Well that my friend, is easy.

A domain prefix is something you add at the beginning of your domain name, if you don’t get the one you want.

The most common ones are “i” and “e”. “E” stands for “Electronic”, and “I” stands for “Internet”.

For example “imarketingblog.org“. As you can see here, the name imarketingblog.com was taken as well, so the owner(We) decided to use dot org instead. ( So it’s really internetmarketingblog.org, but imarketingblog really does sound way cooler)

This can also be used for branding purposes as well, like mentioned above.

Here is a list of other domain name prefixes you might use to get a domain similar to the one you want:

the
my
me
we
you
top
pro
best
super
ultra
all
cyber
simply
free
1st
go
come

*Note

Some of these domain prefixes might seem silly, depending on your domain name, but others might just do the trick for you! – So ask around, and take a look to see if any of them fits.

A domain suffix list will also be availiable soon.
